Practice Tip of The Day: It is important to remember that in a bankruptcy you must keep your mortgage
payments up to date, if you are reaffirming the mortgage in the bankruptcy. If they are not up to date the lender can file a motion for relief from the automatic stay and continue with the foreclosure.
